There are various forms of joints, and the exchange of joints can remove the threads of different injection parts.
Second, manual live block demoulding mechanism
The manual movable block demoulding mechanism is to demould the injection molded parts and the threaded core from the injection mold at the same time, and then manually take out the injection molded parts from the threaded core outside the mold. When using loose blocks to mold injection parts, it is necessary to prepare a sufficient number of loose blocks to ensure cyclic work.
The design of the injection mold unthreading mechanism, the injection molded parts are formed in the injection mold. After the mold is opened, the ejector rod of the injection machine pushes the push plate, and the wedge plate moves in the direction of demoulding. . Then, along with the push rod, the injection molded part and the threaded core are pushed out from the movable mold at the same time, and the threaded core is manually taken out from the injection molded part outside the mold.
