More +With the development of science and technology, plastic products have already become an irreplaceable product in our daily life. In real life, plastic products have almost conquered all fields, such as cars, boats, airplanes, etc. Computers, telephones and other substances, some of their plastic parts are injection molded through plastic molds. When a product is born, mold opening is essential, and when we need to find a mold opening factory, we often think that injection molds are used. It has the same meaning as plastic mold, so let's take a look at the difference between plastic mold and injection mold.
Plastic mold, a combined plastic mold used for compression molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and low-foaming molding, mainly including a die combination substrate, a die assembly and a die combination card board. A concave die with variable cavity, a punch with a variable core composed of a punch combination base plate, a punch assembly, a punch combination card plate, a cavity cutting assembly and a side section combination plate. Coordinated change of mold convex, concave mold and auxiliary forming system. It can process a series of plastic parts of different shapes and sizes.
Injection mold is a tool for producing plastic products; it is also a tool for giving plastic products complete structure and precise dimensions. Injection molding is a processing method used in the mass production of some complex-shaped parts. Specifically, it refers to the injection of the heated and melted plastic into the cavity of the injection molding machine at high pressure, and after cooling and solidification, a molded product is obtained. The injection mold consists of a movable mold and a fixed mold. The movable mold is installed on the moving template of the injection molding machine, and the fixed mold is installed on the fixed template of the injection molding machine. During injection molding, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form a gating system and a cavity. When the mold is opened, the movable mold and the fixed mold are separated to take out the plastic product. In order to reduce the heavy workload of mold design and manufacturing, most of the injection molds use standard mold bases.
